Migrate off of Discord's old RPC Library

the RPC library is deprecated, and is missing modern features. (such as Buttons, can be used to create a join server button)

i cant tell if Discord GameSDK is compatible with the old RPC library (meaning not alot of changes needed to deploy with gamesdk)
