Issue is phetsims/graphing-quadratics#206.

Has two different presentations.

Quadratic curve disappears completely (https://github.com/phetsims/scenery/blob/main/tests/browsers/safari-quadratic.html)
Quadratic curve has repaint issues (see video in the above issue).

I'll want to report the bug.
