Tips after you get the appointment

  • Check your email/phone number (if you set it). It contains a link for you can print out or just walk in with a screenshot of your reservation.

  • If you didn't receive an email or text message. Don't worry. Just go to the DPS website and log in with all your details in the config.yml file. You will need First name, Last name, last 4 SSN, and DOB. Then click on "Existing Appointment" and then you can take a picture or print it out.
