Scripts added to "static" dir not copied to "local/var/www/project" in os.pgocaml template

In a project created from os.pgocaml template, I've added a script to the "static" directory as the README indicates. The script is not copied to the local static dir when building the project with make test.byte. This results in 404 errors, until I copy the script manually.
