科技正在改變世界，該如何找出正確方向？
</h3>

開放文化基金會（Open Culture Foundation）；又被稱作 OCF，雖然是一個以關注開放原始碼科技社群起家的基金會，但是 2014 年成立至今，OCF 從每個深受數位服務和科技工具影響的社會面向逐步解析，盤點出那些影響你我的數位威脅，更與跨領域夥伴一起討論解方。<br>

開放源碼、開放資料、開放政府、網路自由、數位人權。<br>

走過八年歲月，OCF 的團隊不只有科技社群背景，更有來自其他不同領域的成員，希望在數位的洪流當中，藉由我們的科技專長，成為大家瞭解、對應數位議題的堅貞夥伴和支援者，也希望更多人一起加入我們的行列，創造線上和線下皆更加安全平等的世界。

議題串連

科技是兩面刃，每次科技越發進步，民眾的數位權利彷彿就越受到威脅。政府組織、民間團體、科技社群三方之間，或者共同關心的主題，藉由與科技社群的長期夥伴關係、與公民團體的議題合作，OCF 期許能成為不同領域跟科技交流的橋樑和平台，串聯國內外的團體和社群，讓更多人得以把開源、開放的精神和機制帶到各自的領域發揮，也讓公民使用開源的科技工具更加純熟，以因應多變的數位時代。

想換手機？想買智慧手錶？不只各樣數位服務和社交媒體平台紀錄著我們的言行，環繞著我們的電子設備，也可能暗藏隱憂。甚至不需要你上網做任何事，他們就默默在你最放鬆的時候紀錄你的一舉一動甚至危害到你的隱私和權利。<br>但數位服務和電子產品百百種，到底我們要從何篩選起？別擔心，已經有人幫你做好整理：Mozilla 基金會的「隱私不包含（privacy not included）」網站一次列出各家產品的隱私評比，讓你血拼之際也保護自己。

高度數位化的社會中，各種線上生活中的權利的行使與保障，皆與企業提供的數位服務息息相關。如何在數位化的時代保障人權，更是消費者、政府與企業共同關切議題。<br>
OCF 除了面向公民推廣開源軟體創新、面向國家推廣開放政府資料。面對私人企業，我們認為應該與國際夥伴和企業攜手協力，共同促進數位平台和服務在人權保障上的透明度，形成良性的競爭與企業責信（Accountability）。由於台灣目前針對企業數位人權的相關資訊較為缺乏， OCF 將採納國際標準生產數據，不僅做為後續推廣倡議，也讓台灣與國際接軌，在數位人權上不缺席！
