optional user interface for some advance users

following the comments and reasons of

me and some of my friends talked about this idea, and i told them why you didn't acsept this to tele nvda because of breaking user's expectations who stil wishes the old way, and who are got used to it.
they told me please again add this feature to tele nvda, but add an option for it, labled as hide unavailable options checkbox in options dialog, unchecked by default. When that option is checked, options are removed and inserted when needed, and when that option is unchecked, like now, options will just enable and disable.
they strongly told me to add this again, because so many advance and people who wishes to do stuf quicker will check that option, and who wants the old way, will uncheck it.
also, they told me that probably the developer doesn't have any reason to disagree with that and don't merge it.
so, please leave a comment, and tell me if am i allowed to develop this feature like the way explaned above, so that it won't be annoying for anybody, and the option is unchecked by default.
and don't worry, when that option is checked, i will keep the auder of the options, so it won't become messy. No worrys, i will prevent all problems.

i know i'm annoying, but this is something in my personality that i don't like being ignoared. I understand everything and i'm sorry. If you don't have enough time to answer comments, review and merge pull requests on this project, let me know so i won't open anything anymore. May be i have to see a docter for this personality that i have that i don't like being ignoared and i can't take it. That's why i'm being annoying. Thanks

@amirmahdifard Stop spamming the issue, you know why your being ignored. Its because you are constantly spamming the issue and I doubt the developer has time to deal with someone who is constantly spamming and pestering. They are not obligated to answer you because this is a fos project and as such, the developers are not customer service. I would not be supprized if you try this on a bigger project and get yourself swiftly band with not a reason given.

@amirmahdifard good god man, would you have some patience for someone who is trying to maintain multiple projects and an entire community. I would have forcefully closed your issue at this point because all your doing is pestering and spamming everyone who has been part of this conversation. Leave it alone dude!
