Hi,
This is not exactly a TeleNVDA problem, so initially no logs are required.
Please, ensure that keyboard layouts match. To avoid problems, keyboard language and layout must be the same in both computers.
Also, press NVDA+1 in the remote computer to turn on input help and press windows+period. You should hear the right keystroke.
Finally, can the remote user insert emojis locally pressing this shortcut?
Regards.

Hello,
The keyboard languages match. I am controlling my home computer with my laptop. Both have the Portuguese Portugal keyboard layout set, the same version of NVDA, the same configurations, and the latest version of the add-on, updated in the NVDA store.
When I press NVDA+1 on the remote computer, I hear "Windows+ponto," which means "Windows+period" in Portuguese.
Finally, when I am at home, I can physically insert emojis using this shortcut, and I can also insert emojis on my local computer, the laptop, using the same shortcut.
