GFE db amino acid sequence at the feature level #22

In order to characterize sequences better the amino acid sequence should be annotated at the feature level. For example: locus: HLA-B term: exon, rank:2 amino acid sequence: KYGNP... . Also need to annotate the position in the mature protein.

I'm interested in contributing to this project - we have some code that was developed independently to assign amino acid polymorphisms where we could perform cross-validation. Another set of interesting files for cross-validation might be found here. https://github.com/LarsenLab/hlaR/tree/main/inst/extdata/ref

Also worth comparing to HATS, which uses hla_prot.fasta files. https://github.com/kosoegawa/HATS
