* Introduced abstract MupifObject class implementing metadata storage. It comes with getMetadata and setMetadata methods allowing to store any metadata. All mupif components should be derived from this base (Application, Property and Field already derived)
* Added new Workflow class (derived from Application). It allows to implement workflow with application interface, which allows to build a hierarchy of workflows. Added new Example18 demontrating this concept. Some examples migrated to ilustrate the new concept (Example03, Example11, etc) as well.
* Applications and JobManagers now store their connection data (host, port, natPort) in nameserver metadata list. This allowed to reduce some argument passed to various methods (connectJobManager, allocateApplicationWithJobManager, etc).
* Introduced new decorator classes representing remote application and remote jobmanager connected using ssh tunnels, decorating the pyro proxy instances and allowing to store local data related to connection and allowing to terminate established tunnels. So the external RemoteApplicationRecord is not necessary any more.

* Codecov (www.codecov.io) integration
* Field giveValue() method removed, replaced by getVertexValue() and getCellValue() performing type checking. The old method can be recovered by calling _giveValue()
* Propertty and Field classes now enforce strong unit checking, thus it is compulsory to pass relevant parameters as PhysicalQuantities. Updated all examples.
* TimeStep constructor now requires new parameter targetTime, defining the simulation target end time. All the TimeStep methods (including constructor) i/o parameters converted to PhysicalQuantities. Updated all examples.
* Property class interface changes: getValue now requires time as parameter and permits to add additional optional parameters for properties represented as a function of other variables.
* Property class now becomes pure virtual, new derived class ConstantProperty introduced, implementing constant property in specific time or constant property independent of time.
