Hey was reading through and couldn't seem to find out why there is a public and private api? Is the private for auth?

Oops, I just noticed the open issue, sorry. There are some methods that are available without authorizing with the API (e.g current price of a currency,) and some that require auth (e.g. placing a trade.)
