Localization (i18n)

I would like to start a Pull Request with the internationalization of the site, how can we proceed?

That'd be great, my only concern would be keeping languages up to date for each tool as they're added.

@MatheusRV it looks like this project is built using react-static, which is itself a static site generator.
The react-static site currently has 3 closed and related issues to internationalization. I suggest reading those issues for ideas and example code on how to use i18n for this project.
