Open source the project

Could we open source the project so it can start to attract some extra developers and maintainers?
This will also make it easier to find bugs and issues in the project.

@paualarco maybe we could make a release so we have a binary inside the io.monix system now that we have joined that organisation.
@jvican what do you think about this idea?

@paualarco i was just closing lose ends of issues/pr's i didn't want to keep on persuing.
I also feel that the monix community has lost steam compared to typelevel and zio.

@borissmidt I know, the community it's smaller... if you make me maintainer/admin of the project I could help publishing beta version of this project next week.
