Provide documentation via readthedocs on how to install, configure, etc.

@maxmorlocke I have experience with this and can work on this. Should I go with it?

Do you want me to make a separate repo for this or do you want me to add a docs directory?

A docs folder would be awesome @IgnisDa . Candidly, I haven't done much other than light content update on readthedocs.
