Error when making phone recharges from the app

When making a telephone recharge (the company and amount are variable) from a smart point terminal, at the time of payment it generates an error. Still, this recharge was carried out successfully when checking the mercado pago platform or app in the activities section.
Is there any way to channel and have that situation reviewed?
