Compiling under Windows issue

Hi,
I'm trying to compile the library under Windows 10 with mingw installed by MSYS2.
When running cmake I see this error

CMake Error at nitro_openjpeg-subbuild/nitro_openjpeg-populate-prefix/src/nitro_openjpeg-populate-stamp/extract-nitro_openjpeg-populate.cmake:51 (file):
  file RENAME failed to rename

    /<mypath>/nitro-master/build/_deps/ex-nitro_openjpeg-populate1234/openjpeg-2.3.1_mod

  to

    /<mypath>/nitro-master/build/_deps/nitro_openjpeg-src

  because: Permission denied

I don't know how to solve this issue.

Does mypath contain spaces? Otherwise, what are the permissions on the target path?

No spaces in mypath
is actually -> C:\msys64\home\PasottiL

this are the file/directory permissions

It seem that I can work-around the issue by manually copy/move the directory, but now I have a compilation error.

I would suggest either Visual Studio (not Visual Studio Code) or WSL+GCC.
