This repository contains instructions and command-lines covered in our workshop, "Getting Over the T2T Finish Line".

For a more detailed, general genome assembly tutorial, please refer to the HPRC training material. These materials were developed to share genome assembly and evaluation strategies used by the HPRC, in Rome 2024. See also the Verkko BGA24 intro. These materials cover a veriety of details that won't be covered in this workshop.
