Add documentation for unsupported multipart/related

I reached the support who told me that the Send API (last version is 3.1 as of today) do not support multipart/related part when using inlined attachments.

Thanks for the suggestion. Actually adding support for multipart/related to Send API v3.1 is under development, but I'm unsure of the status. I'll check with the devs and post the info here afterwards.

FYI the development on this is in its later stages. We need to go through QA first so it's still some time away, but it's going well :) I'll post again once it's released.
