help, alert, info

Use cases

We have help, alert and info in circles and other instances, but in a circle button it doesn't look good. In this case would be cleaner to have the icons without any artefacts.

@chessurisme it looks like you are suggesting for them to be the same size as they would be within the circle. If that's the case they would look much smaller relatively.

Yeah, they definitely need to be larger to somewhat approximate our ideal visual weight, ideally the same size as our letter icons.

There's an issue with a new question mark somewhere, and I have about two dozen icons dealing with our question marks in my draft, I think these are my latest versions for a large set of these:

Thanks @zoharma for pointing me that. I guess they need more larger version. Also @karsa-mistmere your icons look pretty decent. I like the down ones.

In my version I used the same baseline ? that is used at the moment, I find the curve quote unique and thought it should replicated. In the version by @karsa-mistmere The top curve is flatter, should they not be the same as the one in the circle?

I like the ones with the bigger dott, but not sure how you made it - do you use fill?

p.s. the bottom curve near tail of the question mark can be improved...

This is the one I was thinking of: feathericons/feather#550
As referenced in #119.

No matter which route we go, the icons should line up perfectly with our reference letter icons in height.

Will try to find/replicate

image These are my suggestions.

Though I wish there was a ball that could be 3px in diameter and not 2px (too small) or 4px pixels (too big). Is there a way we can achieve that in Lucide?

@zoharma Looks really nice!
Hmm maybe 4px is not that bad in 100% scale. See https://lucide.dev/icons/arrow-down-to-dot

Naah, 4px is far too large, 2px is quite blurry at 100%, so I think we'd better stick with what we currently have:
