open your alfred app
you must have the pro version installed
double click the logtivly.alfredworkflow file
should be installed

usage

add the spreadsheet ID you want to change in the Workflow Enviornment Variable
launch your alfred
hot key: alt + command + l
it will show a list of your projects
select project name, hit tab to autocomplete
add a number of hours
wait a sec for processing
you should get a notification message saying success!
