Number Guessing Game

This is a simple Python number guessing game where you try to guess a randomly chosen number between 1 and 100. You have a total of 5 turns to guess the correct number.

How to Play

1. Run the Python script using a Python interpreter.
2. You'll be prompted with a welcome message and instructions.
3. You have to guess a number between 1 and 100.
4. If your guess is correct, you win the game. If not, the program will tell you if your guess is too high or too low.
5. You'll have a total of 5 turns to guess the number. Use them wisely!
6. If you run out of turns, the game ends, and you'll be informed of the correct number.
