Opening this issue to track known blockers for Python 3.12 support in the Resonant cookiecutter.

Add Python 3.12 Support axnsan12/drf-yasg#874
- Switching to from djangorestframework to django-ninja has been discussed before. If we did that, this might become a non-issue as drf_yasg would no longer be needed (Ninja generates the Swagger UI itself).

There may be others that I'm not aware of, the drf_yasg error was as far as I got when I tried to upgrade a downstream Resonant project to 3.12.
