Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For some projects it is possible to create two metadata files with the same schema referencing to the same data resource.
This is not allowed yet. (Version 1.4.3)

Describe the solution you'd like
Ingest should be no longer rejected if data resource is referenced twice.
