The idea behind this is that it should be possible to segregate and combine different stream combinators with mutable shared state while preventing deadlocks.
For now this is a purely academic exercise. There are no guarantees, just testing out ideas.
As this is still very much a work in progress, I'm just gathering some thoughts. That's the recommended starting off point for now
