Enhance user experience by telling them which filter is responsible for which change. A tooltip when you hover over a change would suffice.

I think it would be great to see this info in the left sidebar near each line. Hovering takes time and with the filter ID always visible we can scroll and see which filter removed which line in the "Changes" tab.
