Roomba j7 still won't connect. Unknown error

The problem

My j7 vacs are still not connecting. I had two "Discovered devices" but they eventually gave an "Unknown error" when trying to configure. I ignored them and tried installing the integration from the start and they aren't discovered at all and when I enter the IP address I eventually end up at the same place.
