UG never specifies the use of index while performing edition and deletion. It can be rather confusing for the user as sometimes it refers to the index of patient/appointment in the filtered list, and sometimes the index of a patient/appointment can be directly used (and the scenario is completely unrelated to the previous one).

The issue mentioned does not cause the product to be unusable for users.
Also, we did mention what does the Index parameter refer to for all edit and delete commands in our UG (evidence in the following screenshots). We believe the bug reporter might have missed it.
