There are bits an pieces scattered through the codebase that can be removed:

the assistant based impl (replaced by langchain agent)
cohere API access (replaced by MMR)
the jupyter notebooks (can be moved elsewhere)
and probably minor tidbits all over the place

i have removed the cohere api key docs. the impl didn't use it anymore already

#18 removes the legacy impl and introduces a similar CLI wrapper
