Show application logs in the plugin

Merging in from weekly call notes:

Show names of processes (need from backend)
Remove end date for now (or fix the formatting)
Plugin Settings - Add a settings page that shows instructions on how to feed data to ai-training-olly -- this looks like overlap

After first iteration is stable, deployable, shareable:

Add button to forecasting that will link over to ai-training with process ids specific for a forecast training
