Combined C/R release 0.5

The first release provides the functional API of the C/R library confirmed by the tests.

• multiple variables can be registered by the COMB_Protect API.
• COMB_Recover and COMB_Checkpoint work as intended.
• a testing environment is developed to perform unit_test, integration_test, and system_test
• CMake is used to facilitate build and compile mechanisms
