Doesn't always cleanup stale eopkgs from deprecated packages #17

For several deprecated packages i've had to manually remove the stale eopkg files e.g.

ferryctl remove source unstable nemiver

Eopkgs that were deprecated in repo_data a long time ago can still be found:
https://github.com/getsolus/solus-sc/blob/master/repo_data/distribution.xml
