Can't really tell what the issue as that output is not very helpful. Can you please outline the steps you took? Did you download Grav and extract it locally and upload the entire folder (including any hidden files such as .htaccess ) ?

All I can guess is that it's missing some files.. I think the only useful message in that whole page is: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "Monolog\Logger" not found in

That should be located in the vendor folder. I think you should try and delete everything and reupload it. If you can instead of FTP, you should SSH to the server and download extract it locally, then you won't have to deal with any potential FTP errors.
