retrieving the synonyms of a Concept object always returns an empty set, even if the Concept has owlxml:sameAs or skos:exactMatch in their definition. The RDFLoader has a max_depth of 1, and logs suggest that it recognizes concepts that contain external linkages, but the Concept objects aren't updated to reflect them.

Is it possible that this issue could be unique to external concepts hosted on dbpedia?
