Citra closing in due games out of nowhere (Ubuntu 23.04 wayland)

I installed citra through flathub on my ubuntu 23.04 wayland, everything went normally, in some games it ran normally, I finished new super mario bros 2 without any error, but when playing sonic & mario olimpic games 2016 rio, in the part I go to the maracana and talk to tails and start a race, when it's time to start the citra closes (either with opengl or vulkan)
