@esride-jts We are planning on caching observations received from a Stream Service in ArcGIS Runtime. What are your requirements around how to manage that data, i.e. how many observations to keep in the cache (purge rules based on a total maximum number, age, max number per track, etc)? This is different than the number of observations that are displayed on the map (which can be a smaller number).
