Allow authentication providers to be managed via the CLI

In order to add/remove authentication providers you currently have to manually adjust the config.json file for Ernest.

Logic is now available within Ernest (config.set) which allows the application to make adjustments to its own configuration (automatically updating Ernest's config.json file).

As this is now available it would be nice if authentication providers could be managed via the CLI.
