General objective:
A collection of material that allow us to see how different teams/projects address the needs through different user flows. With this we will be able to standardize these and convert it into patterns for the most common actions on our product under the principle of familiarity, by reducing the learning curve for the end users and avoiding double work for our direct users.
Specific objectives:
Consolidate a common visual language through our products, familiar user flows for our end users and align patterns.
To decrease the learning curve for our end users.
Build concrete alignment in terms of user experience.
Empower collaboration and internal knowledge transfer between EDS and different teams/projects.
Reuse and recycle exisiting user flows and speed it up processes.
The tasks should be:
Announce a common collaboration with different project/teams to start collecting access to user flows and/or setting up meetings to discuss different contexts for our final users.
Collect and structure the user flows on a single Figma file (ex: login, search information, filter information.)
Analyze the user flows and share a file with similarities and discoveries.
Make different user flows available for our direct users as a common library.
Build patterns that address specific actions by the end users.
Outcome:
A Figma file with user flows from different projects.
