服务器上的COOLQ能看见QQ发过来的消息，但是TG上的BOT没有显示；
TG的BOT发送消息，服务器上的COOLQ能看见BOT发过来的消息，QQ客户端也能看见。
efb都已重新卸载安装一遍，目前版本：
qq- slave：2.0.0a10
tg-master : 2.0.0b22
ebf : 2.0.0b15

最后，不断尝试docker restart cqhttp-test这个命令，好像就好了

出现：检测到冲突轮询。如果此错误持续存在，请确保该 Telegram bot 只存在一个运行实例。
但是我看到服务器进程中，只有一个ehforwarderbot进程

如果只出现了一次就不用管

如果只出现了一次就不用管

并不是只出现一次，大约1分钟一次吧

我试着把/root/.ehforwarderbot/profiles/default/blueset.telegram中的tgdata.db删除就好了，目前没有出现新问题

有人反馈是 CQHTTP 依赖版本过低导致
可尝试通过 pip3 install --upgrade cqhttp 来更新
EQS 2.0.0b1 已强制要求依赖版本，更新到此版本之后应该就无此问题
