We currently only consider bash, perl, python, but we do have a tsch module and it does have

easybuild-framework/easybuild/framework/easyblock.py

Line 2958 in 6f935b7

for lang in ['bash', 'perl', 'python']:

Example of something using a ton of tcsh is WIEN2k.
