Operations for interpolating colors in Oklab/CIELUV #5

There should be some utilities for interpolating colors, such as in RGB, in Oklab, in CIELUV, etc.

For interpolating in RGB, Color3:Lerp(Color3, alpha) exists
For interpolating in CIELUV, Fractality has a nice solution: https://devforum.roblox.com/t/cieluv-interpolator/27100
For interpolating in Oklab, I haven't seen a Roblox specific solution. But the format author includes implementations for various languages in his post: https://bottosson.github.io/posts/oklab/
