The CBOX-OL installation routine takes a very long time - installation of default strings, creation of template sites, etc. This can cause a very long pageload, perhaps with timeouts. We should use the asynchronous upgrader, with progress bars, instead.

This might involve some trickery, since it'll mean that, unlike other "upgrades", this one will need to be performed on installation.

This turns out to be a fairly large task that requires some design changes, because the required UX flow during installation must be modified. Let's put it off for another release.
