Getting timeout error when creating hotwallet ... #2411

Describe the bug
when creating a hotwallet on my fullnode i get the error below ... directory is created with various files but the process doesn't successfully complete

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
