I don't think it's possible for us to suggest to users to create either a Cryostat CR or a ClusterCryostat CR using OpenShift's initialization-resource annotation. If we have to choose one of them for 2.3, we should use the Cryostat CR. We may revisit this after https://github.com/cryostatio/cryostat/issues/1409.
