whispering doesn't work

Attention: I use a translator.

Ladies and Gentlemen
as mentioned in the title, the whispering doesn't work for commands or the like somehow. Regardless of whether the bot or the streamer is to be sent. It also didn't work for events, e.g. "Viewers Appeared".

Did I possibly do something wrong?
I have to activate the tick when whispering and then hand over the username. I use the value $user, but unfortunately it didn't work with $username either.

I would be happy about feedback.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wie schon im titel genannt, funktioniert das Flüstern bei commands oder ähnliches irgendwie nicht. Egal ob vom Bot oder vom Streamer aus gesendet werden soll. Es hat auch bei Events nicht funktioniert, wie zb. "Zuschauer erschienen".

Hab ich eventuell was falsch gemacht?
Ich muss ja beim Flüstern das Häkchen Aktivieren und dann den Usernamen übergeben. Ich nutze den Wert $user, aber auch bei $username hat es leider nicht geklappt.

Ich wäre über eine Rückmeldung erfreut.

Whispers from bots are extremely limited because of the Twitch API. Twitch severely limits and usually blocks whispers from bot accounts and bot applications. Unfortunately, there is nothing that Firebot can do about this.
