Currently, users can name topics anything they want, which is powerful and flexible. However, it might be nice to default to some more structure in the naming, e.g.

  • prefix topic names with aggregate name
  • prefix topic names with access, e.g. public api vs internal. Aggregate api topics should be public, everything else internal.
