This releases updates the dependencies to the latest versions. satori/go.uuid
is replaced with google/uuid.

This is the first release of cometbft-load-test, where tm-load-test was
forked and renamed.
Integration testing has been switched to use CometBFT v0.38.2.
cometbft-load-test is a fork of
tm-load-test as of
tm-load-test v1.3.0.
