As it's now, template system forms can't be called from the template ($hjs). It would be nice, if this was possible, by putting the JS to the body and finding a workaround for the CSS. See http://cmsimpleforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=7088.

A respective demo form should be supplied.
