Please ensure that you have proper readme.md and also sample.json with correct values on the assets folder for your sample.
Readme.md should have view tracking image as the last entry in format of https://pnptelemetry.azurewebsites.net/adaptivecards-templates/samples/sample-folder - updated based on the provided sample. This is used for tracking views on individual samples.
On the sample folder naming, please do not use terms like "ace", "card" or "design".
