I thought maybe this was a disease normalizer prod ddb not being updated in a while, but when I ran using v0.2.19 I still do not see this term in my local ddb.

this concept is a "finding" in the NCIt ontology (previously flagged in #9) -- it's a little tricky to grab the terms we want out of that part of the tree because a lot of them are more category or phenotype than full-fledged disease. How we cross that bridge is an open question (maintain a specific allowlist?)
