Problem description
the "version" filed is not correct.

Expected behavior
fix it removing the release number and leave only wip

Additional context
API versioning needs to be aligned with https://wiki.camaraproject.org/display/CAM/API+versioning according with camaraproject/CallForwardingSignal#27 (reply in thread)
