Code of Conduct

Contributor Covenant

The Intelligence Community Design System (ICDS) has adopted the Contributor Covenant. Please familiarise yourself with our pledge.

Our pledge

  • Be inclusive.
  • Be respectful to others and considerate of their different viewpoints and opinions.
  • Keep all activity relevant to software development. Please do not discuss/provide opinions on MI6, GCHQ, MI5 or the Intelligence Community.
  • Be thoughtful and conscious of how you would like your comments to be interpreted.
  • Be friendly and welcoming. We want to grow our community and gain other perspectives. We can't do it without the support from you.
  • Be open and try not to be disheartened if your contribution doesn't get approved.
  • Be appreciative of the time spent on a contribution for the benefit of this community.
  • Don't share personally identifiable information.
  • Don't be a troll.
  • Don't ask us about the next James Bond (we're good at keeping secrets).

Enforcement

Please get in touch if you see any misconduct. We will educate and enforce these principles to make sure this space remains respectful and professional.
